- Maintain and update customer databases and records
- Manage and track client deals, transactions, and agreements

- Verify documents related to loans, accounts, or financial services
- Check data for errors and ensure compliance with company policies
- Organize and maintain confidential files and records

Qualifications

- Proven experience or interest in financial services is preferred

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in back office operations or administrative roles is advantageous but not essential
- A recognized qualification in finance, business administration or Master's in Business Administration.
