Job Summary

Toolcom Innovation Solution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content for the company's branding, marketing, recruitment, and digital communication activities. The ideal candidate should be capable of producing engaging designs that strengthen the company's brand identity across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design recruitment posters, social media creatives, and job advertisements.
- Create brochures, flyers, banners, company profiles, and marketing materials.
- Design product catalogues, product labels, packaging artwork, and promotional materials.
- Develop website banners, email creatives, and digital advertisements.
- Create graphics for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms.
- Design presentations, certificates, ID cards, business cards, and corporate branding materials.
- Edit images, perform photo retouching, and prepare print-ready artwork.
- Ensure all designs follow Toolcom's brand guidelines.
- Coordinate with HR, Marketing, Sales, and Management for design requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.




- Maintain organized design files and creative assets.
- Stay updated with current design trends and creative software.

Qualification

- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, Fine Arts, or any related field.

Experience

- 1-4 Years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial companies is preferred.
