- Develop architectural concepts and innovative design solutions.
- Prepare design development drawings, working drawings, construction documentation, floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural details.
- Create 3D models and presentation renderings using industry-standard software.
- Coordinate with Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing (MEP), and other consultants.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables.

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Architect

- Lead projects from concept to completion.
- Attend client meetings and present design proposals.
- Review and approve drawings prepared by Junior Architects and Draftsmen.
- Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
- Conduct site visits and resolve design or execution-related issues.
- Manage project schedules and ensure timely project delivery.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Lumion or any architectural rendering software.




- Strong understanding of architectural planning, construction techniques, building materials, and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of working drawings and construction documentation.
- Valuable communication, coordination, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Leadership skills are essential for the Senior Architect role.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in residential, commercial, institutional, and interior design projects.
- Knowledge of local building by-laws, statutory approval procedures, and construction regulations.
- Experience in consultant coordination, site execution, quality control, and project management.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
