Job Description: Primary Responsibility Independently managing assignments – Internal Audits for Support functions (Finance / HR). (Planning, opening, supervising execution and closure of audit including following up for management comments, preparation of executive summary) Perform SOX walkthroughs/testing for assigned processes (eg. AP, AR, HR etc.). Meeting timelines and focusing on the quality of observations. Contributing to the knowledge sharing function of Internal Audit through handholding, guiding the team during the assignments and training ; Co-ordination and facilitation with various business and functional owners to ensure implementation of the recommendations suggested Role/ Responsibilities Internal audits SOX audits Project and Client handling Shift timing & expectation Versatile with shift timings Work closely with Manager and provide full support on assigned projects. Independently work with stakeholders and demonstrate complete ownership of assigned work (Audit/SOX). Should be able to multitask and deliver work within assigned timelines.



Competencies & Skills Values & Behaviour Chartered Accountant / MBA (Finance)/ B.Com; (Minimum – 3 years post qualification experience) and additional qualifications like CIA will be preferable. Well-versed with Accounting Practices, Industry best practices and regulatory laws. Good knowledge of Internal Audit Methodology and framework (Essential) Experience in performing internal audits, ERM and SOX walkthroughs/testing (Essential) Good logical reasoning and reasonable analytical skills Good communication and writing skills. Capable of making presentation Computer/laptop operating skills. Excellent knowledge of MS Power Point, MS Excel. Knowledge of usage of auditing tools Good knowledge of ERP/SAP Integrity – Should not indulge into incorrect acts and report if any integrity related cases are identified Confident and self motivated. Should be a team player
