- Administrative control of all activities in technical area
- Supervising the work of all technicians including quality assurance
- Providing training to colleagues and subordinate staff.
- Providing consultation to the physicians / attendants in interpreting test results.
- Writing opinion and interpretation of test results where required.
- Resolving customer complaints
- Ensuring smooth running of activities contributing to continued lab accreditation.
- Verifying and sign final test report.
- Taking Cytology / FNAC / PAP samples
