Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer to oversee and manage the completion of our ongoing villa construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring project execution as per plans, quality control, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure work progresses as per project schedule.
- Coordinate with contractors, laborers, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor and maintain quality control in construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Manage material procurement and inventory at the site.
- Report daily progress, site issues, and work status to project managers.
- Address and resolve any technical or operational challenges at the site.
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers,



and project teams for smooth execution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high construction standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in construction site management (villa construction preferred).
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, techniques, and quality standards.
- Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and construction best practices.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
