We are seeking a meticulous and productive Data Entry Operator to join our Bajrangbali Roadways team. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate and timely recording of all transport-related data, supporting smooth day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and maintain daily LR (Lorry Receipt) and freight records
- Update and manage party and vendor information in the system
- Process invoices, payment receipts, and debit notes
- Record vouchers, ledger entries, and bank transactions in Tally
- Maintain and organize MIS reports and trackers in Excel
- Digitize, scan, and systematically file operational documents
- Identify data discrepancies and escalate for timely resolution
- Operate and maintain CRM software — update client/vendor records, track interactions,
and ensure data integrity across the platform
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate (any stream)
- Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM (Hindi & English)
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer operations
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Experience: 3 year preferred — freshers with strong typing skills are welcome to apply
Preferred
- Prior experience in transport, logistics, or freight industry
- Immediate joiners and Raipur-based candidates preferred
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
