The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on bulk hiring for Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing, screening, and coordination skills and be fluent in Tamil and English.

Requirements

- - Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Handle bulk recruitment for Non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
- Schedule and manage walk-in drives and bulk hiring events.
- Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a smooth hiring experience.




- Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

What we Expect from you?

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Experience in Non-IT bulk recruitment, preferably in the Hospital and Insurance sectors.
- Tamil and English language proficiency (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Good knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
