ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Platform & Kubernetes Engineering

- Design, deploy, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms and customer-managed clusters.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance in production environments.

2. Infrastructure as Code & CI/CD

- Implement and manage Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and GitOps practices using Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and FluxCD.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to support multi-service deployments.

3. Observability, Security & Operations

- Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.
- Apply DevSecOps best practices, support enterprise deployments, and participate in on-call support as required.
- Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and DevOps best practices.
- Must-have Skills:




- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes cluster design, deployment, and management.
- Experience implementing enterprise-grade DevSecOps standards and security compliance.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, and FluxCD.
- Robust experience constructing and managing pipelines via GitHub Actions.
- Deep familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki.

Nice-to-have Skills:

- Production on-call experience and expertise writing operational runbooks.

Pay: ₹397,240.99 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
