About Craftels

Craftels is a growing hospitality company operating boutique stays, restaurants, and lifestyle experiences in South Goa. As we continue to expand, we're looking for an HR Executive who is proactive, adaptable, and excited to build great teams while growing alongside the business.

This is an on-site role based in Canacona, South Goa.

What You'll Do

As our HR Executive, you'll manage the complete employee lifecycle while partnering closely with leadership and department heads.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment across hospitality and corporate roles.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, referrals, and other hiring platforms.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and employee inductions.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR operations.
- Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure timely hiring and workforce planning.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who:

- Has 1–4 years of experience in HR or Recruitment.
- Is confident communicating with candidates and employees.
- Can independently manage multiple hiring requirements.
- Has excellent organisational and follow-up skills.
- Takes ownership and works proactively.
- Is professional, dependable, and maintains confidentiality.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change.
- Payroll





Experience in hospitality, retail, startups, or service industries will be an advantage.

This is an on-site role in Canacona, South Goa.

Having your own two-wheeler or four-wheeler is highly preferred due to the location of our properties and occasional travel between sites.
