Key Responsibilities
Setup & Operation: Prepare and run CNC turnmill machines, loading materials, setting tools, and making adjustments for different functions.
Programming: Understand and potentially edit machine programs (G-code) for optimal performance.
Quality Control: Perform first-piece inspections and in-process checks using measuring tools (micrometers, calipers) to meet specifications.
Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve machine malfunctions or out-of-tolerance issues.
Maintenance:
Conduct routine maintenance and keep the work area clean and organized.
