Civil Engineer

Job Summary

Adii Vastu is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion. You will work closely with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to deliver high-quality residential and commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, design, and supervise civil engineering projects.
- Prepare BOQs, estimates, site layouts, and technical drawings.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities and site execution.
- Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP consultants, vendors, and contractors.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Ensure compliance with MCGM regulations, IS Codes, safety standards, and local building norms.
- Verify measurements, contractor bills, and material quantities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.




- Maintain proper documentation and project records.
- Ensure timely project completion within budget.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in building construction and site execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or redevelopment projects is preferred.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC construction and structural systems.
- Good understanding of construction materials and execution methods.
- Ability to read architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Excellent site management and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Candidate

- Knowledge of MCGM approvals and construction regulations.

- Solid leadership and team coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Mumbai.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
