Requirements :

- Master’s/Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related fields.

- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the tech domain.

- Skilled in Excel, Google Workspace, and BI tools like Tableau.

- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and project collaboration tools.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.

- Excellent verbal and written communication.

- Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

- Familiarity with communication technologies/software is a plus.

Responsibilities :

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

- Drive process improvements and strategy execution.

- Conduct market and competitor research.

- Deliver clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.

- Collaborate with teams to solve problems and share insights.

- Contribute to policy, standard, and framework development.
