We are looking for an MBA (Finance) graduate with 1–2 years of experience in Finance Operations, MIS reporting, and ERP Finance Modules. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and be capable of preparing financial reports, generating MIS, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring accurate financial data management.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
· Manage finance-related activities in ERP Finance Modules.
· Assist in budgeting, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
· Generate financial reports to support management decisions.
· Reconcile financial records and maintain accurate documentation.
· Support statutory audits and ensure compliance with finance processes.
· Coordinate with internal teams for timely and accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
· Qualification: MBA (Finance). (B.Com/M.Com with relevant experience may also be considered.)
· Experience: 1–2 years in Finance Operations, MIS reporting, or ERP Finance Modules.
· Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) and ERP/Finance software.
· Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills with attention to detail.
