Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Tender Executive to join our team. The candidate will handle the tender process, from finding suitable tenders to preparing documents and submitting bids. This role is suitable for candidates with basic knowledge of e-tendering and a willingness to learn and grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify tenders from GeM, CPPP, and other tender portals
- Download and check tender documents and eligibility details
- Prepare and upload required documents such as:
- Technical documents
- Commercial bids
- EMD and compliance documents
- Coordinate with internal teams for pricing and approvals
- Keep track of tender deadlines, submissions, and results
- Maintain proper tender records and MIS reports
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0.6 – 2 years of experience in tendering or freshers with basic tender knowledge
- Basic understanding of GeM Portal and E-Tendering process
- Knowledge of tender documents, BOQ, and compliance requirements
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
- Good attention to detail and time management skills
- Good coordination and organizational skills
