We are known for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients and are seeking a motivated Google AdWords specialist to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

- Optimize google my business listing and expert in running ads on GMB for optimizing local results.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify terms and phrases relevant to our services.
- Create and manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display, and remarketing campaigns.
- Develop engaging ad copy and select visually appealing images or graphics for ad campaigns.
- Utilize ad extensions such as site links, callouts, and structured snippets to enhance ad performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Ads and other analytics tools.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, focusing on improving click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and quality scores.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad elements,



including headlines, descriptions, and visuals, to refine campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure landing pages align with ad campaigns and provide a seamless user experience.
- Manage budgets for campaigns and adjust bids as necessary to achieve performance goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, web development, design, and IT augmentation services.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and key metrics to the marketing team and management.
- Candidate having knowledge on working with SEO will be an addon.

Qualification:

- Experience: At least 2+ year of prior experience in generating leads via Google adwords for IT development, UI UX design projects & IT augmentation services
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT services and solutions such as website and app development, custom software, and UI/UX design.
