Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can generate leads, build client relationships, and grow the business through strategic outreach and partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (brands, creators, agencies)
- Reach out to potential clients via calls, messages, and meetings
- Pitch studio services and production offerings effectively
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Collaborate with the internal team to convert leads into projects
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Confidence in client handling and pitching
- Basic understanding of content production/media industry (preferred)
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Prior experience in sales/business development is a plus
