Job Summary

Autostarke Energy is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, financial record maintenance, GST compliance, and invoice processing. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in accounting software are essential.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
- Process purchase and sales invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare GST returns and ensure statutory compliance.
- Assist in TDS calculations, filing, and related documentation.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS reports.
- Maintain vendor and customer account records.
- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure timely completion of financial transactions and documentation.




- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Robust attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in the automobile or retail industry will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
