- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align software development with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
- Experience with customizing and extending Salesforce B2C Commerce capabilities to meet business requirements.
- Robust knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS relevant to e-commerce platforms.
- Familiarity with integrating third-party services and APIs within Salesforce B2C Commerce environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize performance issues in complex software systems.
- Experience working within agile development frameworks to deliver iterative software improvements.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce B2C Commerce.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
