Job Overview
To support project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and reporting to ensure timely execution of PEB and structural steel projects while coordinating with engineering, procurement, production, and site teams.

Core Responsibilities
* Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.
* Track engineering, procurement, fabrication, dispatch, and erection progress.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and MIS.
* Coordinate with production, planning, procurement, QA/QC, and site teams for timely execution.
* Monitor project milestones and identify delays or bottlenecks.
* Assist in preparing recovery plans and resource schedules.
* Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards.
* Support client meetings by preparing progress reports and presentations.
* Ensure project data accuracy in ERP/MIS systems.




* Assist senior planning engineers in project planning and forecasting

Qualification :
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in project planning for PEB, structural steel, fabrication, or EPC projects.
Freshers with Primavera/MS Project knowledge may also be considered.
