Kasper Engineering Pvt Ltd is a market leader in the manufacturing of various structural steel products, including High Mast, Octagonal Poles, High Mast, Flag Mast, Decorative Poles, Stadium Mast etc. We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented AutoCAD/SolidWorks Designer to join our dynamic design and engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and Drafting: Create and modify 2D and 3D models, technical drawings, and blueprints for structural steel products using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Model Development: Develop accurate 3D models and assemblies of products, components, and tooling as per engineering specifications and standards.
- Bill of Materials (BOM): Generate and maintain detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) for all designed components and assemblies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Production and Engineering teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, cost-effective, and meet all project requirements.
- Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive design documentation, including design change notices and revision control.
- Quality and Standards: Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards, codes,



and internal quality specifications.

Qualifications:

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven professional experience (5+ years) as a Designer/Drafter in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and SolidWorks.
- Strong understanding of structural steel fabrication, manufacturing processes, and GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in the pole manufacturing or steel structure industry is a plus.
