Hi! I'm Swapnicah Jain, founder of a digital marketing and brand growth agency. I've worked with global brands for over 13 years, across fashion, skincare, wellness, coaches, and salons. I work closely with my clients, and I'm looking for someone to join my small team and take ownership of social media execution and project coordination across our client accounts. We're also building our internal brand, Sáraaya. We're a small, fast-moving team and we want someone who treats this agency like it's partly theirs.

You'll be based in my office in Sector-63, Noida, working closely with me and the rest of the team.

What you'll do:

Design

- Design social media posts for Instagram, Pinterest, and Meta Ads
- Design email newsletters and other marketing creatives
- Maintain visual consistency with each client's brand guidelines

Content & Campaign Operations

- Manage scheduling and posting for client social accounts (Instagram, Pinterest, etc.)
- Coordinate content approvals between team, clients, and me via Asana
- Help build growth plans and content strategy using AI tools
- Occasionally shoot content (photo/video) for clients and our internal brand

Project & Team Coordination

- Track all active client projects across the agency using Asana
- Follow up with designers, editors, and freelancers on pending work
- Create weekly status reports across all client accounts




- Flag delays or gaps before they become problems

You're a strong fit if:

- You have strong design skills (Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools) and a good eye for branding and layout
- You can design across formats — social posts, ad creatives, email templates
- You're organized and comfortable managing multiple moving pieces at once
- You're proactive — you follow up without being asked twice
- You're comfortable working closely with the founder and a small team
- You're based in or near Sector-63, Noida

Timings & Salary:

- Full-time, Monday–Saturday, core hours 1pm–8pm with flexibility around founder's calendar (we work with US clients, so occasional evening overlap may be needed)
- In-office; WFH on select days, by approval

- Are you comfortable working usually from 1 to 8 pm from office and then should be also available 2 hrs at night. The work hours have to be adaptable as you will be working as my assistant and I mostly work in the US hours
