What You’ll Do

- Design, develop, and implement AI/ML models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products and services.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and frameworks.
- Deploy AI solutions to production environments and monitor performance.
- Document processes, models, and workflows for knowledge sharing.

or predictive analytics solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
- Knowledge of data science, statistics, and algorithms.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong understanding of software engineering principles.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with deep learning, reinforcement learning, or generative AI.
- Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines.
- Familiarity with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Contributions to open-source AI projects.

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development or related fields.
- Hands-on experience in building and deploying AI solutions.

Educational Qualification(s)

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field.
- Master’s degree or PhD in AI/ML or a related discipline is a plus.
