Job Summary:

Le Royal Park Hotel, Puducherry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will lead and support the housekeeping team while maintaining the hotel’s quality and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect guest rooms, corridors, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
- Assign duties and monitor staff performance to ensure efficient operations.
- Train and guide housekeeping associates on hotel standards, safety procedures, and service excellence.
- Manage housekeeping schedules, attendance, and shift allocations.
- Monitor inventory of linens, guest amenities, and cleaning supplies.




- Coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance departments to ensure timely room readiness and issue resolution.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
