- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Excel.
- In-depth knowledge of GST laws, GST filing processes, and GST accounting.
- Strong understanding of Indian tax laws (or relevant jurisdiction's tax laws) and their application in business.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex GST matters to non-financial stakeholders.
- Leadership and supervisory experience, with the ability to guide and mentor a team.
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements preferred
- Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
