Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure the health and performance of technical infrastructure.
- Assist in deploying technical infrastructure components and updating configurations.
- Manage system and application configurations to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot performance issues across various systems and applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure improvements.
- Implement and manage monitoring tools for continuous system check-ups.
- Document system processes and infrastructure changes for knowledge sharing.
- Stay updated with the latest in technology trends and infrastructure best practices.
- Support system upgrades, patches, and migrations as necessary.
- Train and mentor junior team members on systems management and monitoring practices.
- Maintain security and data integrity standards across all managed systems.
Qualifications
Required
- 3-8 years of experience in technical infrastructure management.
- Proficiency in monitoring and system management tools.
Preferred
- Experience with cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS Certified, Azure Certification).
