BRELLSOFT Web Technologies is hiring Business Development & Sales Executives (Web Hosting & Branding Services). ​Job Title: Business Development Executive – Web Hosting & Branding Services ​Company: BRELLSOFT Web Technologies Location: Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala (Hybrid / Field Visits as required) Job Type: Full time / Performance-Driven Compensation: Base Salary + Uncapped High-Yield Commission (Performance & Results-Based) ​About the Role ​BRELLSOFT Web Technologies is seeking energetic, results-driven Business Development Executives to drive sales for our premier Web Hosting, Domain, Web Development, and Branding Services. ​This role is a high-growth opportunity for hardworking individuals who are eager to expand their careers, build strong client relationships, and directly influence their earnings through performance-based incentives. ​Key Responsibilities ​Digital Outreach: Leverage social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and online channels to generate, qualify, and cultivate inbound/outbound leads. ​Client Engagement: Pitch BRELLSOFT’s suite of web hosting and branding solutions to prospective business clients, startups, and SMBs. ​In-Person Meetings: Travel to meet potential clients in person for product presentations, contract negotiation, and closing key business deals when required. ​Pipeline Management: Maintain and update candidate pipelines, prospective accounts, and sales pipelines using CRM software. ​Performance Targets:
