Job Title: HR Executive

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and a passion for talent acquisition and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
- Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
- Assist in employee onboarding and orientation.
- Support payroll inputs and statutory compliance documentation.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Address employee queries and assist in day-to-day HR operations.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (Freshers with robust communication skills may also apply).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HRMS and recruitment portals will be an added advantage.

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
