Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and potential clients for sales outreach and lead generation.
- Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers in the co-working and hospitality sectors.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop sales collateral, promotional materials, and targeted marketing campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
- Explore and develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, corporate clients, and travel agencies to expand our reach and customer base.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in the co-working and hospitality sectors.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences,



and networking functions to promote our brand and establish thought leadership.
