Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily trailer movement and vehicle allocation.
- Plan and monitor vehicle dispatches to ensure timely deliveries.
- Manage trailer transport operations efficiently.
- Coordinate with drivers, customers, transport vendors, and internal teams.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and breakdown activities.
- Track fuel consumption and ensure proper fuel management.
- Verify fuel records, trip sheets, and operational expenses.
- Control transport-related costs and maintain expense records.
- Recruit and onboard trailer drivers as per operational requirements.
- Maintain driver attendance, documents, licenses, and compliance records.
- Ensure compliance with transport safety and statutory regulations.




- Prepare daily operational MIS and transport reports.
- Knowledge of trailer transport operations and fleet management.
- Experience in vehicle maintenance coordination.
- Understanding of fuel management and transport expense control.
- Experience in driver hiring and manpower management.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vehicle movements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
