We are hiring Account Executive for one of our esteemed clients in the Trading & Manufacturing industry, based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

- Office Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Working Days: 6 days a week (2nd Saturday – half day)
- Company Type: Service and Product-based
- Location: Sola, Ahmedabad

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Account Executive to manage accounting operations, taxation activities, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally ERP 9, GST, and TDS, and be capable of efficiently handling day-to-day accounting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily accounting entries in Tally ERP 9.
- Handle sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries.
- Manage GST calculations, returns, and compliance.
- Handle TDS calculation, deductions, and filing-related activities.
- Prepare and maintain invoices,



vouchers, and accounting records.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in monthly closing and financial reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting-related queries.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting.
- Robust proficiency in Tally ERP 9.
- Good understanding of GST and TDS processes.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Solution-based industries will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners and local candidates will be given preference.
