Job Role
We are looking for a Transport Executive who can arrange trucks and manage daily dispatch work by calling transporters and drivers.
The candidate should know the Delhi NCR transport market and should be good in follow-ups and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Arrange trucks for material dispatch
- Coordinate with transporters and drivers on call
- Follow up for vehicle placement and delivery status
- Negotiate freight rates
- Maintain transport and dispatch records
- Coordinate with factory and dispatch team
- Handle urgent vehicle requirements when needed
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Graduate
- Good communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp
- Should know local transporters in Delhi NCR
- Experience in transport, logistics, dispatch, or manufacturing industry preferred
- Responsible and active in follow-ups
Preferred Areas
Candidates from Shahdara, Ghaziabad, Sahibabad, Loni, Mandoli, Jhilmil,
or nearby areas will be preferred.
Salary
Salary will depend on experience and market knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
