Job Title: Asst Manager, Presales - IT & ELV Systems

The Pre-Sales skilled will be responsible for providing end-to-end technical pre-sales support across Networking, IT Infrastructure, Video Surveillance, Access Control, ELV Systems, and Integrated Security Solutions.

This role serves as the key technical interface between Customers, Sales Team, OEMs, Tender Team, Procurement, and Project Execution Team, ensuring that proposed solutions are technically sound, commercially competitive, and aligned with customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand customer requirements and translate them into optimal technical solutions.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments for Networking, IT Infrastructure, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA Systems, BMS Integration, and other ELV solutions.
- Prepare solution architecture, system designs, network topology, and detailed BOQs.
- Develop technical proposals, compliance statements, solution documents, and scope of work.
- Support the Tender Team in preparing technical bids, compliance matrices, BOMs, and tender documentation.
- Coordinate with OEMs for solution validation, product selection, technical clarifications, pricing, and special approvals.
- Deliver technical presentations, customer demonstrations, and Proof of Concept (POC) deployments.
- Work closely with the Sales Team during customer meetings to provide technical consultation and solution positioning.
- Prepare cost estimations and coordinate pricing with procurement and OEM partners.




- Evaluate RFPs/RFQs and recommend the most suitable technical and commercial solutions.
- Support project handover by providing complete technical documentation to the Project Execution Team.
- Keep updated with emerging technologies, OEM certifications, and industry trends.

Diploma holders with relevant industry experience may also be considered.

Preferred Certifications (Optional but Advantageous)

- Cisco CCNA / Networking certifications
- OEM certifications (Microsoft, VMware, Hikvision, Axis, Honeywell, Matrix, Milestone, Genetec.)
- Basic cybersecurity certification

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5 – 7 years of experience in system integration / IT infrastructure / ELV pre-sales.
- Experience in handling government/PSU tenders is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of CCTV, Networking, and integrated security solutions.
- Comfortable with site visits and client-facing roles.
