Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced B2B Head – Operations to lead the operational backbone of our Sub-Broker, Franchise, and Channel Partner network. This role is responsible for onboarding, servicing, compliance, and process efficiency across our partner ecosystem — ensuring partners are fully supported, compliant, and equipped to operate smoothly. This is an operations and partner-servicing role, not a sales/revenue-target role. Prior experience in a share broking firm is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end operations for the Sub-Broker / Franchise / Channel Partner network
- Manage onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes for new partners
- Ensure smooth day-to-day servicing of partners and timely resolution of operational queries
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs to enhance partner experience and turnaround time
- Coordinate with Sales, Compliance, IT, and Back-Office teams to ensure seamless partner support
- Conduct training sessions for partners on platforms, processes, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor partner activity and ensure adherence to exchange/SEBI compliance norms
- Handle partner escalations and coordinate cross-functionally for timely closure




- Maintain and present MIS/operational reports on partner network health to senior management
- Drive process automation and operational efficiency across the partner lifecycle
- Maintain and update business plans/operational frameworks for the partner network

Key Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations/partner servicing within stock broking or financial services (not a sales quota-carrying role)
- Strong understanding of stock market operations, exchange processes, and regulatory/compliance requirements (NSE/BSE/SEBI)
- Prior experience managing Sub-Broker/Franchise/Channel Partner operations preferred
- Solid process orientation with the ability to design and implement SOPs
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage escalations calmly and drive resolutions across teams
- Strong analytical skills with MIS/reporting experience

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
