Job Description – Telesales Executive
Position: Tele Sales Executive
Industry: Agriculture / Agri Machinery / Agri Products
Experience: Fresher to 1 Year
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Location: Indore
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle outbound and inbound sales calls to customers.
Explain company products/services related to agriculture.
Convert inquiries into sales.
Maintain customer database and follow up with potential clients.
Build valuable relationships with farmers, dealers, and customers.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements.
Update call records and sales reports regularly.
Requirements: 6 months or up to 1 year of tele sales/customer support experience.
Agriculture background or knowledge preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of agricultural products or machinery.
Hindi communication mandatory; local language is a plus.
Positive attitude and quick learning ability.
