HIRING: Civil Engineer - Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Execution: Supervise day-to-day civil work at site and ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met

2. Technical Oversight: Knowledge of RCC work, civil finishes, waterproofing, masonry, plaster, tiling, etc.

3. MEP & Interiors Coordination: Coordinate with MEP and Interior teams for smooth execution of services and finishes

4. Drawing & Software: Read and interpret architectural/structural drawings. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other real estate related software

5. Planning: Prepare and track bar charts, work schedules, and progress reports

6. Billing & Measurements: Prepare RA bills, check contractor bills, site measurements, and BOQ verification

7. Quality & Compliance: Ensure work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and BMC norms

8. Vendor & Contractor Management: Coordinate with contractors, vendors and labor for smooth execution

9. Reporting: Submit daily/weekly progress reports to Project Manager





Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: BE Civil OR Diploma in Civil Engineering

- Experience: Minimum 8 to 10 years in residential building projects in Mumbai

- Technical Knowledge:

- Strong understanding of Civil, MEP, Interiors, and Civil Finishes

- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Excel and other construction software

- Experience in bill approvals, site measurements, bar charts, and project planning

- Location: Must have worked on Mumbai projects and familiar with local norms

- Skills: Good communication, team management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred

- Experience with premium residential/villa projects is an advantage

- Knowledge of PMC processes and client coordination

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
