- Handle buyer inquiries and develop solid customer relationships.
- Manage the complete order execution process from order confirmation to shipment.
- Coordinate with buyers, sampling, sourcing, production, quality, and logistics teams.
- Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A;) calendars to ensure timely execution.
- Follow up on sample development, approvals, fabric sourcing, trims, and accessories.
- Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and order requirements with suppliers and buyers.
- Monitor production progress and ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure product quality meets buyer specifications and company standards.
- Track inventory of fabrics, trims, and accessories required for production.
- Resolve production, quality, and shipment-related issues promptly.
- Prepare costing sheets, purchase orders, order status reports, and shipment documentation.
