Job Description

We are looking for an experienced EDI Support Engineer with strong hands-on knowledge of IBM Sterling Integrator (SI). The candidate should have experience in SI Mapping, basic understanding of SI Business Processes, and strong troubleshooting skills to support production environments.

Mandatory Skills:

- Hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Integrator (SI)
- Strong knowledge of SI Mapping (Sterling Map Editor / GIS Mapping)
- Basic understanding of Sterling Integrator Business Processes (BPML)
- Strong troubleshooting skills on Business Processes (BP failures, service errors, routing issues)
- Experience in EDI transaction monitoring and issue resolution
- Knowledge of communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP,



HTTP
- Experience in production support and incident handling

Key Responsibilities:

- Hands-on experience in IBM Sterling Integrator (SI)
- Solid knowledge of SI Mapping (Sterling Map Editor / GIS Mapping)
- Basic understanding of Sterling Integrator Business Processes (BPML)
- Strong troubleshooting skills on Business Processes (BP failures, service errors, routing issues)
- Experience in EDI transaction monitoring and issue resolution
- Knowledge of communication protocols: AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP
- Experience in production support and incident handling

Good to Have

- Knowledge of Sterling File Gateway (SFG)
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Exposure to production deployment processes
- Experience working in 24/7 support model
