VA Mantra is a fast-growing digital services company that works with international clients in real estate, e-commerce, and business management. We are currently hiring computer operators who want to start a stable career in digital admin work with long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll be trained and assigned to work on simple but important tasks that support our clients’ day-to-day operations. No prior experience required — just basic computer knowledge and the willingness to learn.

Responsibilities: (Training will be provided)

- Basic data entry and spreadsheet updates (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Managing customer records and tracking updates using CRM tools
- Online research and collecting information as per instructions
- Organizing files, documents, and digital folders
- Sending emails, maintaining calendars, and helping with admin tasks
- Assisting in social media and marketing content updates
- Supporting team leads with general computer tasks

What You’ll Learn:

- Real-time experience working with international clients
- How to manage tools like CRMs, Google Workspace, Excel, Canva, etc.
- Skills in online marketing, administration, and business support




- How to handle tasks independently with accountability and efficiency

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computers and the internet
- Good typing skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work night shift only
- Conversational English is required – both written and spoken
- Eagerness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Strong work ethic and professional attitude

Work Hours:

This role requires a commitment to NIGHT SHIFT hours. We are looking for candidates who are flexible and ready to work either from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM Monday to Friday.
