Job Summary

We are seeking a People Operations Associate to support HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and day-to-day people-related processes. This role is ideal for fresh graduates interested in building a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support.
- Coordinate employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
- Support attendance, leave management, and HR reporting.
- Ensure HR records are accurate and up to date.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in HR.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
