Job Title: Management Trainee(Fresher – Internship to Full-Time)

Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Management Assistant to support day-to-day business operations. This role is ideal for freshers looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic work environment.

Internship Duration: 6 Months

Employment Type: Internship with potential for full-time conversion based on performance

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in daily administrative and operational activities
- Coordinate with internal teams and support communication across departments
- Prepare reports, presentations, and maintain documentation
- Support scheduling, meetings, and follow-ups
- Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely completion
- Assist in basic data analysis and MIS reporting
- Handle emails and skilled correspondence





Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or related field (BBA, B.Com, BBM, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative

Compensation:

- Full-time CTC: INR 3,00,000 per annum (based on performance after internship)
