Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Research: Identify potential clients using market research and assist the team in building contact lists.
- Client Communication: Reach out to prospects via phone, email, or social media, and schedule meetings or product demonstrations for senior staff.
- Database Management: Keep customer data, interactions, and follow-up notes updated in the company's CRM.
- Sales Support: Assist in preparing pitch decks, compiling client reports, and gathering materials for sales events.

Requirements & Skills

- Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, persuasiveness, and the ability to cope with rejection in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
