Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate and confident Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their English speaking, communication, grammar, pronunciation, and overall personality development. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken English skills, a student-friendly teaching approach, and the ability to conduct engaging classroom sessions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Spoken English classes for students of different proficiency levels.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversation skills.
- Improve students' speaking confidence through interactive activities and discussions.
- Prepare lesson plans, practice exercises, and study materials.
- Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and regular feedback.
- Track individual student progress and provide personalized guidance.
- Conduct group discussions, role plays, presentations, and public speaking sessions.
- Encourage students to communicate confidently in English.




- Maintain attendance records and classroom discipline.
- Support students in preparing for interviews and professional communication.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in English, Education, or any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spoken English Trainer, English Teacher, IELTS/PTE Trainer, or Soft Skills Trainer preferred.
- Freshers with excellent spoken English and teaching skills may also apply.
