We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Academic Counselor to join our Admissions team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for guiding prospective students through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities

⁠ ⁠Contact prospective students from assigned enquiries and leads.

⁠ ⁠Counsel students and parents on academic programs and the admission process.

⁠ ⁠Follow up consistently to convert enquiries into admissions.

⁠ ⁠Build strong relationships with prospective students through professional communication.

⁠ ⁠Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and admissions.

⁠ ⁠Prepare and submit daily reports on calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

⁠ ⁠Achieve individual admission and conversion targets.

Required Skills





⁠ ⁠Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).

⁠ ⁠Strong counseling, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.

⁠ ⁠Confidence in handling telephone conversations and follow-ups.

⁠ ⁠Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, and CRM tools).

⁠ ⁠Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

⁠ ⁠Prior experience in academic counseling, telecalling, customer service, or inside sales is preferred, but freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
