- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines.




- Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- Experience with designing and deploying scalable integration solutions using cloud services.
- Strong knowledge of application configuration and deployment in cloud environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across multiple systems.
- Familiarity with API management, messaging services, and workflow automation within cloud platforms.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver integrated software solutions.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
