Job Role

We are looking for a Support Lead to manage our student support team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in EdTech support, operations, or sales and be able to lead a team while ensuring student and university queries are resolved quickly.

Responsibilities

* Lead and manage the support team.

* Ensure timely resolution of student and university queries.

* Monitor response time, resolution time, and support quality.

* Handle escalated and critical support issues.





* Maintain FAQs and response templates.

* Identify recurring issues and improve support processes.

Eligibility

* Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

* Minimum 2 years of EdTech experience (mandatory).

* Overall 2–5 years of experience in customer support, operations, or sales.

* Experience with CRM or ticketing tools is an added advantage.
