Assistant Branch Manager – Sales Job Responsibilities

- Support the Branch Manager in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to improve performance.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure sales processes are followed.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and coaching current sales executives.
- Track sales leads and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve customer complaints.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
- Monitor showroom footfall, inquiries, test drives, and booking conversions.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure proper stock management and coordinate vehicle availability with inventory.
- Plan and execute sales campaigns, promotional activities, and local marketing events.




- Analyze competitors' activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Monitor team attendance, discipline, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and dealership standards.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Support the Branch Manager in overall branch operations and decision-making.
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor KPIs such as inquiry generation, conversion ratio, retail sales, and revenue.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and review team performance.
- Prepare action plans to improve branch sales and profitability.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
