Job Summary

Sree Gokulam Speed and Protected is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Booking Executives to manage parcel booking operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer bookings, preparing shipment documentation, coordinating with operations, and ensuring excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy in daily transactions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle parcel and courier booking processes accurately.
- Prepare booking receipts, invoices, and shipment documentation.
- Verify shipment details, weight, dimensions, and destination before booking.
- Guide customers regarding booking procedures, charges, transit time, and company policies.
- Coordinate with hub and operations teams to ensure smooth parcel movement.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, cash collections, and daily transactions.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of all consignments.
- Address customer queries,



complaints, and provide timely updates on shipments.
- Follow company SOPs and ensure compliance with operational guidelines.
- Generate daily booking reports and submit them to the reporting manager.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the booking counter.
- Support the operations team whenever required to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualification

- Graduation in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service orientation.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Accuracy in handling documentation and cash transactions.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in evening shifts.

Experience

- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in courier, logistics, transportation, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
