Key Responsibilities

- Plan and supervise daily dispatch operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Planning, Sales, Stores, and Quality departments for dispatch scheduling.
- Verify dispatch quantities, product specifications, packaging, and labeling before shipment.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, delivery challans, transport documents, and customer-specific documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics service providers for vehicle availability and timely dispatch.
- Monitor loading activities to ensure secure handling and prevent product damage.
- Maintain dispatch records, vehicle movement logs, and proof of deliveries.
- Ensure FIFO (First In, First Out) where applicable and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Conduct periodic stock verification and coordinate with Stores for reconciliation.

Pay: ₹10,429.96 - ₹25,000.00 per month
