Responsibilities

- Pursuing or recently completed graduation (any stream)

- Eagerness to learn SaaS products and accounting concepts

- Valuable communication skills—able to interact in Hindi and English (Gujarati is a plus)

- Comfortable with basic computer tasks and email/chat tools

- Patient, empathetic, and a good listener

- Ready to ask questions and absorb feedback
